you are booking your cruise in advance, we request a 30% deposit to
keep your booking confirmed. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the
departure date, in all the cases. |

a USD cashiers check to our Guayaquil's office address. That check must
be payable -issued- to the name of GALASAM C. LTDA.

The
tour operator and its agents for the various companies over whose
lines tickets are issued and whose facilities are sold. Galasam
Galapagos Tours and its agents assume no responsibility or liability
in connection with the services or transportation so provided. Specifically,
but not in limitation of the above, Galasam Galapagos Tours and
its agents will not be responsible for any act, error or omission,
or for any injury, illness, loss, accident, delay or irregularity
which may be occasioned for any reason, including but not limited
to, any defect in any vehicle or vessel, or through neglect or default
of any company or person engaged in conveying, feeding or housing
the passenger. The passenger will look solely to the respective
owners or operators of such services for any damages or injuries
that may arise. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable,
for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements,
such alterations may be made without penalty. Additional expenses,
if any, shall be borne by the passengers, conversely refund will
be made to the passengers if any saving is effected thereby. The
right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours, also to decline
to accept or retain any passengers as members of the tours in the
sole discretion of the tour operators. In such instances full or
equitable amount will be refunded. Airline fares quoted are for
information purposes only and subject to change without notice.
Passengers are advised that political and social unrest may be present in the areas to be visited. Inquiry of the U.S. State Department, its embassies and consulates, can be made by the passenger to determine the latest information on such matters. By embarking upon his/her travel, the passenger voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Passenger is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. The retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and the agreement an the part of the passenger to convey the contents hereto to travel companions or group members. |
